Ideal for a couple retreat

The breakfast was good, good choice of cooked items and an adequate cold buffet. Our room was comfortable and clean on arrival.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We loved visiting the stunning scenic cliffs and enjoyed some live music in town. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. Plus, it’s a short walk to the ferry terminal. Just keep in mind that the water had a strange smell and taste.

The only downside was the water quality. it had an awful smell and taste which made us avoid using it for drinking.

During my stay, I appreciated the lovely friendly staff and the great buffet breakfast that included the best cooked meals I've had in a while, making each morning a delight as I prepared for my day of exploring the nearby attractions, including the fascinating Mousa, which is just a short stroll away, and the beautiful Broch of Clickimin, both offering unique insights into the Shetland heritage and easy walking routes. however, the hotel's dated decor could use some refreshing touches.

I had a pleasant stay with my family. Our twin room was spacious and offered stunning views of Lerwick Harbour, which truly brightened our mornings. The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially with my dietary preferences during breakfast, where the selection was impressive and well-prepared. the Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved as it was somewhat unreliable.

We had a fantastic time relaxing in the spacious suite while enjoying the excellent breakfast and the cozy lounge area. Even though the mattress felt a bit worn, it didn’t spoil our overall enjoyment of this lovely stay. I recommend trying the fresh fruit at breakfast. it was delicious! 🍊
